My name is Vinny, born in Brooklyn, NY into a Oldsmobile family. I bought my first Oldsmobile when I was 14, a 1965 442, which to this day, I believe it was the fastest Olds I have owned to date. 100% stock with factory air. Since then I owned another 65 442, a 1970 W31 Cutlass, a 1962 Olds Starfire hardtop plus the 2 cars I have now, 1968 Hurst/Olds and a 1962 Starfire convertible.
I worked professionally for 10 years as a autobody repairman, but left that industry back in 1992 when urethanes came into play... now I am a pastor of a church, doing a different type of restoration these days.
Fishing is my therapy and I am itching to own another 1965 442... I have the bug again!
