Hurstoldz...if it were me, I would NEVER sell that car! Too rare and too beautiful. Good luck with it...wish I could afford it! Thank you! I really do not want to sell it, but when you are in the hole for much more money than is worth mentioning, something has got to give.... unless of course you fellow Olds guys want to donate 10K each to my cause? BTW my name is Vinny!

If I can get a break from this shitty weather this weekend, I'll take some pictures of my junk. It's not as nice as some of the 65's on this site, but I like it. I think billinnc should be put on probation for calling his Olds junk. wtf? God, I hope he was talking about his Olds

Thanks all! Well, right now I am not in the position to buy a 65 yet... need to finish the 68 Hurst/Olds and then sell it. Let me ask you all this... IF this car were real, what would you thing a fair price would be for that car considering the condition including your concerns.
Thanks!

Hurstoldz, how did you know this was the car you owned? I've known Bob for a number of years now and hope to get that engine back. Lou is my friends Uncle. Because I am the one responsible for bringing it to valley Stream! I can spot Louie's American Flag on the sail panel to hide that ding!!!!! That's how i know!1 BTW Tell Louie Pastor Vinny says hello!

I remember when I bought your car with Rob Ricca, it was in Hicksville by the old Titus Oaks record store on Old Country Road. Rob paid $900 for it back then about 1980. Car was light blue then. Rob sold the car to Tommy Cola, who sold it to Louie, the guy you bought it from. BTW Bobby Jones on this board has your original engine, in case you didn't know that.

It is what it is. I thought when we started this it would bring all the 65 guys together. A place where us misfits could talk shit, a gathering place for 65 guys. But it hasnt went that way. Only a handful of guys post anything. Many just log it and never say a word. Word "a word"

I need to sell my 68 Hurst/Olds to pay off some debts. As much as I hate to sell it, I will do it only if I am able to buy a finished 1965 442. If you are interested feel free to ask questions. To see pictures I have over 400 pics here... rides.webshots.com/album/558344110fOHAVw?start=420
