Im loving the Green Bay Packer hat reflection in your fender photos. Great to see you keep your roots. Photos also look amazing, lots of progress.

I get up that way a few times a year, maybe we can meet. I usually hang on the South Side, Bay View area by the airport- The cold Millers are on me! I used to race my 65 up and down Howell avenue-used the tunnel ( the overhead NE/SW runway) for a drag strip.

STARDATE 02/23/2013 went to the body shop, forgot my camera, took a few pictures of the 64 with my phone. It's getting real close to coming home, looking like a one of kind F-85 that's for sure. Going back up next weekend to put the steering column back in I will make sure I bring my camera!!!

A lot more wet-sanding and polishing, the front fenders, doors and hood still all need aligned. AND I"m going to have the 65 drivers side racing stripe in black satin put on the car before she goes home.

Man, that is getting sweeter and sweeter every time you post the updates. The stripes really set off that gorgeous paint job. Can't wait to see it in all it's glory. I'm sure you can't either.

Cool, I like the strip also. Is it painted on or some short of decal?

Your car is looking good btw.
I was asking about the brakes because i have the 68-72 style swap on mine which pushes the front tires out slightly. Your combo looks just right with the dog dish caps, and i was hoping i could pull off the same look.
