The performer will work but you need the lowest sitting air cleaner that edelbrock sells. I had to trim one of the studs from my hood centre moulding as it still hit the air cleaner

A lot of doing things at a slower pace Mr Green. I still think all of us old farts should plan a trip before we hit 65. (which wont be long for a lot of us) Maybe just show at BRO's with a few cases some day...

Time to re-assemble my spare. What lifters should I be ordering. I want to hear from the experts here as I don't necessarily trust the online info. Tends to get corrupted over the years..

Very nice and clean! Unlike mine. I kind of remember the shim thing at the crossmember. No vibration from shimming mine. Nice to see that your driveshaft was the right length to bolt up to that nice looking non Olds dif. And another note, shiftworks has a nice conversion kit to use a cable setup with the original floor shifter.

I have had both in a Cutlass. The 200R4 bolts right up (when you get the one with the olds pattern) but some say isn't as strong. Linkage hooks right up. Might have to play with the driveshaft length I cant remember. The 700R4 is for Chev engines only and I don't know if they have adapters. You have to watch the floor clearance at the servo as they hit.
I have a 200R4 or 200-4R as some call it in the Cutlass I own. I had to change my driveshaft as someone has stuck some big ass thing in the car before I got it but other than that I like it. No problems. Better gas mileage.
Check with the Buick Grand National folks cause they know where to buy the best ones.

Nice pics... Time to hit the gym ya old poop .... Makes all the old guy pains go away somehow.. Then all you have to complain about is sore muscles... If I stop going, within 3-4 days the sore knees, back, neck all come back.. Besides we need you to stick around for a long time! Who else is gonna run this show!
