just noticed i have i cracked exhaust manifold left side driver side i'm not sure if its leaking yet its next to bolt hole were power steering pump bolts on on now that being said does any one have a nice one the want to part with so when this one starts to leak i'll have one i'm also thinking of maybe headers but trying to keep car stock i kind of like that look does any one have ideas on headers which ones are good meaning easiest to install without having to take a hammer to get them to fit thanks in advance for ant advice i still want a manifold though

i run 91 octane now may try some octane boost i think carb is fine and changed timing so next weekend ill take it out climb some hills and see what happens it only rises up hill or sitting in traffic all else is fine runs 160-180

my timing is a little advanced i think ill fix that first now you think i should go back to the 4 blade fan with no clutch why is that?

i hate to bring this up again but here in n calif it got a little warm so took the 442 out for a ride i was climbing a 6 percent grade for about 10 miles car started to get hot to 220 now i have a 4 core new radiator with a 19'' 7 blade clutch fan 180 thermostat i took off a 4 blade with no clutch for the same problem i also have a real nice shroud now that being said before i go electric fans what do you think of 160 thermostat or no thermostat at all don't know if i want to go aluminum radiator yet i want to try other ideas first so give me some

i know takeing it out would be a nice way of doing it but the rest of the dash looks real good its just that bottom part looks a little worn and i had a little free time i thought i would try that i think i could take all the stuff off and mask everything & paint and then if it came out looking like shit then i could take it out

does anyone have a picture of a painted stock dash all i need to see is just the lower silver part radio ashtray that part and is there a nice way of painting it without removing it if you took all the stuff off it is that possible or a'm i just being lazy seems like a lot of work to remove the whole dash

its a borge warner made in america it's the second one i.m going to switch it out today to another brand and see what happens
