Not sure if this helps, but I had my 2-speed Wiper Motor & Pump, Rebuilt & Restored by Corvette Stop Restoration Services. It looks absolutely like new! Pricy, but I am very happy with the results! My car is coming down the finish line of a body off, full restoration.

Frequently the problem with these motors is the park relay.
