tires size and wheel offset will come into play when you make a hard turn out of a driveway or street and roll the inner lip of your wheel well trim.

Thats what I was thinking,I have 14x7 mags on front with I think 3 1/2 back space 60 series tires, thinking of going with a thinner rim & thinner tire. Will have to figure all that out after I lower it, still does 1 inch mean 1 inch & what about stock rear height

As the front suspension moves up and down, the camber of the tire changes, since the control arms move in an arc. This is called the camber curve. Ideally the tire will be vertical at ride height, but lowering springs (as opposed to drop spindles) will change were the tire is in this arc at ride height. You'll need to realign the front suspension due to the lowering springs, and this will change how much the tire moves in and out at the top as the suspension moves through it's travel arc.

Thanks for that one more thing to consider maybe I'll just leave it the way it is.Sometimes I just get bored with the way things are and start thinking to much
