Not quite a part that fits our forum description, but I know you guys hoard all sort of Olds engine parts. A buddy of mine had a screw fall out of his Q-Jet and it ended up in the #7 cylinder. Didn't hurt the combustion chamber or the valves, but broke the piston. He's looking for a factory piston to try to keep the piston weight relatively the same. Goes in his '70 W-30... ouch!
