Anyone done their own seat covers? I have new covers and foam from Legendary and was thinking about doing it myself. Doesn't look too hard, but I've been fooled before.lol
Any tips?

I would suggest getting a set of good hog nose ring pliers and thick good quality hog nose rings. Work from the center of the seat out and pull the material so that the wrinkles are removed.

I've done a couple of seats and I can echo what Mr. Morris stated. Got to keep the material tight and pull often from the center out toward the edges.
If you are having a hard time getting the material straight and lined up, you can place pieces of a grocery bag, or a large Wal-Mart bag is better, on top of the foam and then put the seat cover on. It will help the seat cover slide on the foam. Make sure you cut the bag so you are only using one side or one layer, not a whole bag.
Once you get the seat cover straight and the way you like and before you completely install the cover, reach up and pull the sheet of the bag out from one side. I've even left the sheet in on a seat before and i didn't notice any difference with being left out or not.
