today the bank returned a US postal money order i got for some parts. 
apparently non negotiable outside the USA 
im pissed with paypal already and only used it a few times losing $200 in the process, maybe time to go back to the barter system? how many chickens for a decent tailpanel brother? can i mail a chicken?
