Since I rebuilt the dash, the right turn signal light in the dash doesn't flash. While refreshing the dash this past winter, I repaired the odometer, replaced the circuit board (I had loosened a couple of the pins removing the speedo) and replaced the turn signal bulb housings.
I've tested the bulb to make sure it lights, tested for power at the circuit board pin (with turn signal flashing), and tested for power at the bulb mounting point where the bulb installs. A good in these items. Everything else on the dash works just fine, and all exterior light function as well.
Thoughts on some other things to check? Scratching my head on this one.

Mine does it too. Add to the list of quirks these cars have after 48 years.

Based on what I've checked so far, I think it makes sense for me to try to check out the printed ground circuit around that bulb. Everything else is working fine, so it can't be the entire ground, but maybe there's a "break" in the ground around/near that bulb.
