Hi guy's I need some advise on removing the side trim on my 64 Cutlass. I straightened the beauty rings around the wheel wells and they look great after I polished them. I did the wind shield stainless and the piece on the front of the hood. It made a huge difference. The next items are the rocker panel trim and the side trim. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The body side mouldings are secured by a combination of plastic snap in clips and studs with nut clips. The rockers have a combination of screw on retainers that the rocker moulding snaps on to as well as stud and nut retainers and screws. Get the service manual as it shows all the retention methods used, Number #5 is the body/sheet metal section.

The cd manual may be the same thing. I know I've sen the manuals on cd. I have the paper ones , which are nice for taking in the garage, but cost usually around $100 for a used set.
