I plan on repainting my grill this summer. What are the steps needed to remove the grill parts? Is it a big project? Does the bumper need to be removed? Any tips would be appreciated.

RIP,
Grill removal should be a fairly straight forward process. There are six bolts holding the grill to the core and center support. (Two on each side and two in the center). I've had mine out several times and did not have to remove the bumper. You will need to tilt the grill forward away from the core support and leaning forward first, from the top to clear the bumper... You will want to remove your headlight bezels to prevent skuffing them as you lift out the grill.
Should be about a 10 to 15 minute job to remove...
Good Luck,
Ted
