Thanks post, so how are you going to do this? I sent PM last night as many others did. Youve got my list, just need a price. If you want to handle differently let me know. Thanks

Spent a little more time looking things over. Regarding the sale of the car complete to use as a driver. The frame has gotten soft in a few areas. So the answer is no, it`s going to be parted. It`s worth more dead than alive. Man, what a shame. That combination of options would make a great base for a Police car restoration. Oh well, I guess that's what you would expect from a northern Michigan car, right?

No hurry on my end. When your ready to deal let me know. Thanks! Thanks post, so how are you going to do this? I sent PM last night as many others did. Youve got my list, just need a price. If you want to handle differently let me know. Thanks I just went thru my messages and e-mail and figured I`d better straighten a few things out since there`s been a few rather pissy messages regarding buying certain items. If you read my original posting I mentioned I wouldn`t be starting this for at least a week. i`m not about to sell something that hasn`t been removed from the vehicle and an honest assessment made as to condition. After the item is removed, the person interested will be contacted and a price will be negotiated. The time stamp from PM or E-mail will be used. If a price can not be negotiated then it will go to next time stamp. If someone has a better way, let me know. Just don`t get all worked up wanting a part in the mail tomorrow, it ain`t gonna happen !!! This is my hobby, if i can`t relax and enjoy it the next pictures posted won`t be pretty. All I need to do to get my $ out of this thing is drive it across the scale. The 2 messages I received demanding parts right away have been deleted, to the rest of you guys, thanks for understanding.

I think you misunderstood my post...I wasn't trying to jump in on your post. Andy had posted back on 13 Jan that he was looking for some windshield trim. I responded to his post for him to contact me. For what ever reason we have been unable to communicate via PM or e-mail. So, I looked for a recent post from him to reply to. Just happened to be yours. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Andy, sent you a couple PMs and e-mails regarding the front windshield trim...not sure if you got them or not? Start your own thread if you have parts for sale, don`t be sniping in this thread Mike, Jim meant no harm. I turned off my PM notifications by mistake when I was welcomed back to this wonderful forum. He responded a few weeks ago to my WTB trim post via PM and I never got his direct email. But he called me at the shop the other day. No harm, right, bud? We are good right? Hey, I found that magic 16th rocker pivot. PM me your addy so I can complete the set for you big guy.

Mikey, put me down for the steering column if it is available. Sell the shift lever and TS lever to a more needing soul. I have nice ones. Don't need the wheel either, just the column proper.
What, you are dying to know what happened to my eBay column I scored for a $120 BIN? Jackass literally cut the lower shift arm off with a Sawzall. He said it fit in the box easier. He kept the steering wheel although it was supposed to be included. I files a complaint through Paypal, but because I didn't drop what I was doing and repack and ship it back on my dime in 72 hours, I was stuck with a junk column for $120. But the shifter arm and TS lever are nice.
LMK, Big Dog. As soon as my track rental is done on the 29th, the 65 will get all the attention it needs to get my fat ass down the road. And I am doing something different with it. With oil pump locked up in the 400, I am on the hunt for an original 65 442 425 block. Or a 70-71 455 engine will work too, but I really want that FACTORY 425.

[/quote] Andy, I've got a '65 425 "A" block, as well as 455s, down here in Deerfield Beach. Let me know if you're interested. I also have a '65 post coupe that needs an engine/transmission. Bob
