can any body tell me whats the best solution to remove undercoating ! I' tried minraul spirits what a slow process any tips will help.

Ive heard a hand torch and a scraper work.
By the way, your dash is done. Whenever you want to get it is fine.

I'll have to look on my shelves, but there is a chemical stripper that is sprayed on, allowed to soak it, and then scrape it off. It works rather well of fresh undercoating. Old Undercoating takes longer...
A hand torch works well too, as RamZ noted, but there is the risk of fire.... The Pyromaniac in me, says go for it, but have a fire extinguiser handy if that the route you go ;D
I'll post later what the Chemical is that I've used.

The quickest way is a Torch and a wire brush. It comes right off with very little effort.

ok, here it is, "Peel Away". Made by Dummond chemicals. Also, you can try Mr Muscle Oven cleaner and a power washer.
