Parts place for sending Chevy seat springs and giving me a Difficult time about returning them . They wanted me to pay return shipping and there 25% restock fee. After calling and emailing them daily for a month they finally agreed to pick them up and refund the full amount of money .

Brothers Automotive...
My son bought a Steering Wheel from them...SKW1969 wood grained sport steering wheel for his 69 Cutlass S $329.00 supposed to be a complete kit, no mentioned that the mounting screws are not included...everything was fine except when we went to mount the wheel to the hub no screws...no screws for the horn ring...he called and inquired and was told he was supposed to take the hub to the local hardware store and find the right screws...what a stupid remark...these screws hold the wheel to the hub...need the right length, thread count and pitch plus the wheel is counter sunk for the right screw...not everyone out there is in the know about these things...especially the clerk at the hardware store...he now has to go to OER, the wheel manufacturer, to get the mounting kit that should have been supplied by Brothers in the first place...what would happen if the wheel came off because someone not in the know got the wrong screws to mount the wheel
what a major disappointment...BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Brothers
