Its weird, the places that were cracked did not take the paint. And I could not find anyone that could restitch the beading, so the one visor still has missing thread. Oh well, its not like Ill ever find another set this nice. Thanks again Bill.

Did you try a shoe repair shop? Yep. Told me they were too thick. I had my mom sew on one of the originals, fixed the loose bead but made a bunch of new holes in it. No one could re sew it in the original holes.

Cast Blast paint I bought from NPD. The unit in my other car I blasted, wired wheeled, then clear coated. I didnt feel like buying a can of clear for this one so I sprayed it with paint I already had. Pretty much looks the same either way.
I did paint the PARK on the new pad, couldnt pass up that detail.

Heater unit out of Postcars 4dr that got everyone in a huff. Seems like every unit Ive had has a hazy selector face. I drill out the rivets on the back to remove the bulb panel, press firmly on the face and the plastic will pop out. I repaint the background black, polish the plastic and it looks brand new.

One nice thing about a club, you can concentrate your efforts to things like this, instead of all that exterior "bling" Very nice detail Jason
