I know someone who should be watching this auction, in fact it wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't already.

You have a garage, and plenty of room in the back or on the side for a portable one.

not worth 5k to me but im high bidder right now Well, I don't know what kind of parts go with the cars and I undertand one is so to say junk, I still don't think 5G's is too out of line. Especially if their is at least one original engine and trans. My .02.

One rust free California post car with a lot of extra parts. One rusted out 442 with a 400 and original trans. One guy here just paid 4 grand for a rebuilt 400. With this you get the rebuilt 400, albeit a loooong time ago, and you get two real 442s, with a lot of parts you can sell to make back some cash.

I ended up with the two cars and the parts. I had been looking at them the past two months and finally agreed to but the lot. I don't have everything yet but I will be picking up the cars next week and the parts 2 weeks later. I'll post some pictures next week.
I'll be looking to sell the cars and some of the parts just keeping what I need. The first car is rough but has the original 400, 2 speed and posi. It has a nice vin tag ending in 442.
The second car seems to have very little rust, nice and straight, good sheet metal, good quarters, AC, PS, PB, power front bench and a 455. It should have a posi. This one looks to be restoreable and would make a nice project. It's a Freemont car with a CA title. Both cars are column shift.
I'll be taking a better look at the cars Sunday or Monday, hopefully it will warm up so I can find out more about their conditions.
Send me a message with your contact information if you are interested ion either car You will need a trailer, these don't run and the cars are on Long Island. Shipping is always possible, the rates are lower in the winter as the transporters are looking to fill in the loads.

I agree with Ron "not worth 5K" no way! $3000 to $3500 maybe. but that's just because I don't have RamZ's money.
