Most sway bar link bottom out, if not they should start to squish the rubber. You may want to wait until the frame has the full car weight on it to tighten them down, don't tighten the upper or lower A arm bushings until the car is at it's running weight.

Non-stop, trying to get that bay open as my other car should be coming back soon. Don't want it outside in the Oregon rains.

As far as what Jeff said, I was told this: After the body is on, you want to just snug up your upper and lower just enough to get her to the alignment shop, and, not to torque down unless your doing your own alignment at home. Everything else like, tie rods, ball joints, track bar can be tight. Am I off on the rest here?

Where did you get your backing plates coated? Did them myself, bought the Gold Cad kit from Eastwood. Basically took them down to steel, put on rust converter, then rust encapsulator, followed by Gold base coat and then highlighted with Red and Green Zinc, finished with a clear coat/sealer.

looks nice, I was thinking about getting some of that stuff myself, for some of the smaller stuff, but I may have to do my fronts over again after seeing yours.
