Well, its a weird vin tag, maybe Canadian, I don't know, it's not a lansing or fremont tag, not that I have seen anyways. Did a half ass on the restoration, evidently chicken to take the frame off, car is not straight, waves in the body. For sure not a dual quad set up with 323 rear end and an auto. But somebody will by it sooner or later.

Yep, Canadian built Cutlass. Its not a 442.
A guy on ROP from Calgary had paperwork from GM Canada stating no 400s were imported into Canada in 1965. So the above car is clone city.

At the bottom the vin/datatag shows that it is Canadian............
