I tried to do a simple search for the words: radio delete and came up with nothing. I changed the search to title only and expanded the date range and still came up with nothing. Then I did it the old way and searched every page (yeah, I know its only 11 pages to sift through) and found the exact words radio delete in the post I was looking for! What the heck?!? Anyone else run into this?

I just tried it and it worked for me. I did a couple tests. Typed in words like: Assembly manual, Radio Delete etc. It worked so, Don't know what I'm missing here?

However Nick, I tried to do a new search and It didn't do anything. That's because you have to completely back out and hit search again. Above in the top menu. That's the only thing that I noticed. It's like you can't clear it to try a new search unless you go completely out of it. Don't know if I'm explaining that right?

The first time he said it, it was kinda funny but after the 4th or 5th time I was disgusted. Being my 11th show and 11th tour I've seen him on I guess they can't all be flawless.

Nick I find the search feathure to be nearly worthless. The can't use any word with 3 or less letters is not very helpful for a car forum. I did not try just the delete word like Jasen did, but I try multiple combos and different parameters. Since I chose "any word" as one of the combos, it should have turned up the same as Jasen's just delete and it did not. I won't go as far as to say worthless because I have been able to find some things I was looking for, but it is certainly fickle at best.

... you have to completely back out and hit search again. You can also hit "ctrl+F5" to completely refresh the page. I tried a while back to get the Google search to work for this site. I was not able to though. I think because it is not indexed. An example forum that uses google's free search tool is www.badweatherbikers.com www.google.com/advanced_search?q=site:www.badweatherbikers.comI think that for this to work here, Jasen will need to log in to google webmaster central ( www.google.com/webmasters/) and ask google to index the site. This would also help drive traffic to this site. -grant
