I am in the process or re-assembling the dash panel and I am not sure which nuts to use. I made the mistake of putting the same nuts that hold the dash pad to the instrument panel assembly in the same bag as the ones that hold the instrument panel to the frame inside the car.
I am looking at the assembly manual and they call for nut #274329 to fasten the assembly to the frame inside the car. And nut #9419840 to hold the dash pad to the instument panel. Can someone post a photo of which nut should be used to fasten the instrument panel to the frame of the car. I believe there should be 8 required.
Thanks for the help.

If I recall correctly the soft dash is held to the dash face with screws. The dash face then has studs that go thru the dash frame in the car. So I dont see how you are mixing them up, unless I am wrong.

you are correct there are some screws accross the top that hold the pad on, however there are studs around the perimeter. I had a bunch of other fasteners in the same bag from multiple dash assemblies. So much for baging and taging =)

The nuts that hold the dash pad to the IP are speed nuts (one thread; black) and the nuts that hold the IP and dash pad asm to the car are fully threaded and silver in color. I'll post pics of each shortly.

Here is a photo illustrating the nuts/screws used. There are hex screws at the top for the pad. The rest for the pad are speed nuts. The screws to attach the whole dash assembly to the car frame are normal full threaded nuts.
