Just to review, I was trying to remove an under dash wiring harness and pulled the windshield wiper assembly apart. Well digging though the car and under the dash I think these parts were from the wiper switch. (sorry for the poor quality). Do I need to find more pieces and is there a diagram of how it goes back together? As always, thanks.

It happened to mine. Your missing the spring that holds the contacts down. Is your wiper single or two speed?

2 speed ( i was told since it has 3 terminals on the back). I could probably find a suitable spring if I knew where it belonged in relation to the disks.

I looked at one of my spares. Not sure if it would stay together if you could re-assemble it unless you used epxoy. JB Weld fixes everything!!

2 speed ( i was told since it has 3 terminals on the back). I could probably find a suitable spring if I knew where it belonged in relation to the disks. Spring goes on top holding the two together. It's not as easy as it sounds though as once it's apart getting it to seat tightly is challenging. I may have an extra 2-speed switch but need to check. I have not been able to find a reproduction of the two speed that works yet. Plenty of 1-speed available. Others may have some better insight though.

I see Parts Place lists a 2 speed wiper assembly but the year they list is only '67. I'm not sure what would make that specific to a certain year.

I've tried a couple different ones from OPGI and non of them fit. I made the mistake of looking at their pictures which I later found out they use similar but not exact pix sometimes. At 40 bucks a pop it got too expensive. Biggest differance was the diameter of the switch. I can't really comment on what they are offering though as I've never seen a 67?

One thing to remember about The Parts Place, they carry good used and reconditioned parts that they do not list online or in their catalog. Give them a call and see what they have, they may be able to locate or have a used or recond item.
