I was heading home from the Outer Banks of NC from a fishing trip with my brother - we were skunked on fish - and there is a place down that way called Moyock Muscle, it's a place that sells project cars and parts. They had sitting on the whole car side a really nice Cutlass vert, red with a white top and interior in very good shape. Sorry, I didn't snap any pics, I know that was dumb, but my camera was packed and I didn't feel like digging it out.
Cowl and trunk area were in excellent shape, very little if any rust at all, I didn't lay under the car, but it was super, super clean. The only odd thing was it had a F-85 trunk panel, but the car is a Cutlass. The rear bumper looked like a rechorme bumper and the car could have easily had an older restoration, the thing is straight as an arrow. It's an AC car with the "H" chrome and column shift.
I will be going back down some time before Xmas and I will make sure to take some pics then. If anyone wants to call the number is; 252-4356799. This is a cool place, they have tons of really rare and desirable cares. If anyone is working on a Tri-5 Chevy wagon, they have like 6 sitting on the parts sides.
