Looks like were both correct, I'd go with the hvy duty aftermarket unless your doing a Original rebuild, if you are make sure the inserts go the full length of the control arm or add to it so they are supported out to the end.

One thing Ive noticed is stuff like this, the right control arms, doesnt matter much. I bought brand new ones since mine were pitted bad. OCA doesnt look at them, hell the judges Ive seen dont know much of anything about 65s. So if you really want them, then go for it. But its not a big deal if you dont have them.

If you go to an AACA judged meet they will. I have judged at AACA events and we are required to get down and check the frame and parts. We are mainly looking for the level of restoration, not whether or not you have the correct boxed arms or not. However, if we see something that is not original or was not available at the time of purchase, then we have to deduct points. It would especially come into play if there were two vehicles in the same class being judged. If it came down to who wins 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, an aftermarket part on the chassis could mean something. Just an FYI.
