For my 65 hardtop I want to get new seat covers, headliner, and carpet and I'm looking for opinions for best place to purchase from, regarding quality and color match.
Red interior, maroon carpet, and parchment headliner.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

I don't know if the best place is the question or not but rather what is the best product...I recently purchased new black front bench seat cover for one of my "other" makes from OPGI which is fairly local to me...they sell PUI, Legendary, TMI, and one other brand which if memory serves is TSI or something close to that...I bought PUI and have been very happy with it...it fits well and matches the original interior very well...of course black is black for the most part so can't speak for other colors...Ive been told that Legendary is top notch and that PUI is a close second, PUI was $120.00 plus less expensive for the same piece so went with them and as said been very happy with the purchase...has been installed for about a month...friend of mine who does interiors installed it and said it was of good quality and fit well... Just my two cents...

The only interior I replaced was the carpet from PUI and it looks good. The previous owner replaced the seat covers, visors, headliner and door panels from PUI and they still look great. I did have to replace the seat foam because the upholstery shop that had installed the seat covers added more foam for some reason and it caused the middle of the seats to bunch up. To fix it I got new foam from Year one and had an upholstery shop remove the old foam and install the new and reuse the covers.
One other thing. If you have to paint anything in the interior to match Year One has the right paint in spray cans. My interior is light blue and I used the paint to restore my steering wheel and column. I clear coated it and it looks great. I also used dark blue to paint the console and heater to match the carpet.
I have also heard that legendary is a better quality but have not seen their covers to be able to tell for sure.

I more thing about the carpet. I believe the suppliers want to know if your car is auto or stick. I think that is because the stick cars have a hump like sheet metal that is attached to the floor. Because of that the stick carpet must be different. My car was auto and I converted it to stick but still used the auto carpet and did not install the special sheet metal hump.
