I just purchased a 442 that seems to be highly optioned but is way too rusty to repair. It is too far gone to repair and is a sad day indeed. It has A/C PS, PB, PW, power drivers seat, console with tach, remote mirror, trunk opener. I will never understand how this was ever allowed to happen.

If you have a title, a frame and a cowl with data plate and VIN numbers intact. and a lot of time and courage, you can rebuild a 442 . The rest of the body parts don't know if they were born as a Cutlass, an F85, or a 442. Search this site regularly, I have bought a bunch of parts from the guys on this site. It isn't legal to swap the numbers, but you can use you cowl as the basis for a rebuilt body. If you are going to part it out, this is the place to sell the parts! Good Luck.

Does it happen to be a Fremont built car with the NN paint code (burgundy mist)?
