I am beginning the restoration of a family owned 1965 442 Convertible. The car is in decent shape overall as it has been stored in a garage for over 30 years...only issue is I need a frame as the current frame is in bad shape. The frame has to be from a convertible....frames from hardtops will not work. Any help or suggestions from anyone here would be appreciated !!

Les doesnt have any convertible frames.
Finding one in decent shape isnt going to be cheap because most of them have the same shape as yours. Start calling out west to see if you can find one.

I have one from a 66 (wider front horns for cross flow rad). You could cut and weld yours on possibly use it the way it is. I am not positive about the front rad support, but the rest of the frames are the same. If the width of the rad supports are the same, then with a cross flow radiator it should be fine.
