So the right turn signal is not working. The interior blinker, front blinker, and rear blinker all lit, but don't blink. I had this issue in the past, but it always was a loose bulb that was not lighting. This time they are all lighting without blinking.
Any ideas? Left side works normal. This happened out of the blue.

If it were the flasher wouldn't both sides not be working?

If it were the flasher wouldn't both sides not be working? Correct. If ANY lights flash, the single flasher unit is working properly. The problem is usually a burned out bulb. The stock mechanical flasher relies on the resistance in the circuit to heat up the bimetallic spring in the flasher module. Once hot, the spring bends away from the contact, opening the curcuit. With the circuit open, the spring cools, bends back in to place, and the cycle repeats. Something is preventing this on the right side. If the ground at one of the sockets is bad, the turn signal circuit will ground through the park light circuit, creating all kinds of spurious results.
