Yes, it seems I have a desire to build a drag car. I like the Cutlass because there are not many of them. The one I want could be in poor shape, i.e. floors rotted out, frame rotted. I am hoping to find one in New York or the New England area. Has anyone seen such a relic?
Last month there was an ad in Hemmings Motor News in Braintree, MA but he has partially restored a Convertible. He has a 455 but wants $900 for it and it still needs to be rebuilt.

I can put together a whole car (minus engine/tans) with the extra parts I have. Interested in coming to Michigan?

Actually I was hoping for something I could build. That is a very fine looking machine, way out of my league racing and monetarily.

I'm 100 miles north of the Ohio Border. I can start with a bare shell and build from there.
