Have any of you gentleman had a problem with coolant leaking after cooldown. At normal temp 190 no leaks. 3 hrs later small puddle of coolant. Retorqued everthing and it leaked in different spot. Everything is cast iron except manifold. Im guessing its an expansion contraction issue. Would bars leak fix it??

I wouldn't put in any kind of stop leak. they tend to clog the radiator flow.
From the sounds of it your leaking from the intake?
What gasket did you use if so just curious? I have read that you can use the turkey tray style or the aftermarket fiber kind
Maybe the intake isn't flush or the gasket didn't get set right. I would pressure test the system and try and fix the problem.

It WAS leaking from the manifold. I retorqued bolts and started leaking from bottom of pass side lower head. Nothing in oil that i can tell.

I would recheck the manifold and your hose fittings. I bet it's rolling back and making it look like the head is leaking. Now if it is the head gasket leaking then that's another project,
