I have this one and a slightly smaller one. Both curved with 2 threaded holes. I do not remember them. Any help on where they belong?

Just in case That is correct! They mount under the trunk lid, between the handlebars and the lawn rake. Guess I should have been more descriptive, thanks for straightening me out

V8 uses only one, on the passenger side. Mine had both right and left on a 330 with a/c. I really can't see some one adding one ? So I should only reinstall the right side ? I have two wheel wells from a 64/ that both don't have them the holes are not even drilled but has the dimples for it

it don't matter if its an a/c car or not automatics have 2 and stickshifts have 1 because of the fork on the frame for the ball and the z-bar is in yhe way .-. and it was talked about before ( what he said )

Yup ! Yup ! I thought it was also due to fact that it was necessary (especially) on the passenger side of ALL V-8`s because of the higher heat associated with the heat riser location and the need of air flow diversion.

You guys have great memories. OR this site is really slooooooooow on new topics Probably a little of both. But the gray matter is turning to mush fast. And having two daughters with no interest sucks.
