Well, at least the Jan. 1st delivery date is at least consistent with what I was told...available after the first of the year...it will be interesting to see if they follow thru...I was hoping they would get one and have it on display in their show room...My office is about 15 minutes away...I'll call back after the 1st...

I spoke to OPGI today and inquired about the '64 dash pad. The representative told me the latest update from 12/11/13 was that the dash pad just went into the tooling process, so not likely to see one until March or later. Hope this is not the case for the '65 dash pads. If so, they've been stringing some of you along for quite some time. Frustrating!!

Different grain, but the frame is the same. With that said, maybe the '65 will be further delayed.

65 still works on a 64, I put one in mine. An uncracked 65 > cracked 64. I don't think too many people pay close enough attention to notice a grain difference. Unless you're at a judged show or something.

the piece unde the steering coluum is also different. 64 has a small piece that goes into the dash, under the coluum then the cover plate on the bottom. 64 65 66 all have a different size curvature where the coluum meets the bottom of the dash. i have a nice 64 dash im going to paint and put in my 65. .
