Just got my new OPG catalog and on page 43 they have listed "Original style Dash Pad" for 64,65,and 66-67. They also have the Glove Box Door for the same. I may have missed this in the past but this is the first time I've seen re-pop on the dash pad. They have a different part number for each year with a different grain listed as it should be. Didn't know if I was the only one in the dark about this or its something new. Gary

I think I may never buy another old part again, as every time I do it ends up as a repop.

The price isnt bad as long as it fits nice and shows good. Thats what you pay for them original used but hard and semi brittle.

They say could take a little as 3-4 weeks or 60-90 days...not in stock. I'll guess the 60-90 days...I ordered this morning on line. They have blue, red, and black listed. All on back order, same with the glove boxes. I ordered the black figured least likely to show flaws...

Light blue? Was there even a light blue as an option on a '65?
When you said blue, I thought it was the dark blue like my dash. But still... this is going to have to go on my near-term radar screen. I'm having a crack repaired on my original dash as we speak while I have it out of the car.

I think I may never buy another old part again, as every time I do it ends up as a repop. I know the feeling. I spent 3 years looking to find a turn signal switch of my tilt wheel and couldn't. Lost out on several auctions and finally won an auction for an NOS for $175.00. Two weeks later repops started showing up in the resto-warehouses catalogs.

is this a new vinyl dash pad and glove box door or is this the embroidered dash cover to protect your old dash pad they show in their on line catalog ?

I bought a 67 dash pad from Just Dashes now they sell to vendors ect. but the 67 i got worked out great and fit was too at $300 a great deal. I have been asking Just Dashes to reproduce the 64-65 so i guess they started i could not tell the 64 from a 65 just me but if i had both in front of me i couldn't tell the 64-65 then either. NIKOLDS

Any updates from those who purchased this dash pad from OPGI? How does it fit, is the grain correct, etc...

I just talked with Jeff at OPGI. The dash pads are two to three months out. OPGI is getting first samples in 3-4 weeks, pre-production.
