I can live with ~$500 per bumper. The shame of it is that the chrome on my bumpers is actually very good...I just can't live with the dents. Shane...what shop are you using for your chrome work? www.showquality.com/ He is a small one man operation and slow. He worked for custom chrome for many years and studied under Jon Wright he is about half the price custom chrome. So if your in a hurry to get things done he is not your man. If your like me and have more time then money he will work out just fine. He has also done a couple of the tail panels for our 65s with the correct texture, well it looked correct in the photos he showed me. I haven't seen a tail panel hes done in person yet. Nor did I ask what he charges to do one. Thanks Shane...I will be in touch with him.

How about bumpers? I am talking about bumpers that are extremely solid (no rust front or back) but do need some minor straightening. What can I expect to pay for "driver" quality bumpers? For very similar sounding bumpers, I paid $800 for the pair. Worked through a bumper exchange here in Fort Wayne, who outsources all their metal bumper work to some shop up in Michigan... I think around Detroit. Ramz and Bubba are probably familiar with them. I just don't remember the name. I think they turned out just fine.

I used an expensive shop for my front bumper repair last year, very, very nice work, $850.00 and 2 months.
