What gaps have you all set for the rear bumper? The assembly manual says 0.70" +- 0.06". So that tells me that I should set the gap between the bumper and the bumper cavity on the rear quarter at or slightly less than 3/4". When I do that it seems like quite a bit, and I can easily see between the bumper and the rear panel through to the gas tank and filler tube. Is the assembly manual's clearances a bit too generous? I do find that the rubber inserts fit VERY snuggly against the quarter with the clearance set as is... and if I raise it more things will likely really bind up. So maybe it's just been so long since I've had it together that I don't remember that much gap. I haven't been successful in finding a pic of one of your cars at the right angle to see how the gap is set and how much you can see through.

Mine looks more like Shanes parts car once I tweaked it. I like that tighter look better.

All of those pictures look better... except that one of BR[]'s.... that is F'd Up!!!! What the hell happened? I need to tighten up my gap... cutting it in half will be about right I think. I know I'll be battling the fit between the rubber inserts and the body... it's already a tight fit.

Just cram the rubber up into the gap.
