Both aircleaners have been repainted. I was considering using new 442 pie plates and ultra-high comp badging on both. The original pie plate is pretty beat up, as is the ultra-high comp plate. What do you think? Leave one original and the other updated? Need to glue these down and just wanted some opinions. Yes, if you are thinking it is up to me, you are right, but wanted to know if it would look bad if the air cleaner was repainted but the plates were worn badly. I will use one of these on the 442 and the other on the vert.

Save the old and use the new. If the old was in better shape Id use it but its pretty far gone. I can see the difference in them however. Good job on the restos.
