Probably was a rerun, arent they all, but there was a silver 65 442 post in the final two on Pinks tonight. Race was at Bandimere. Caught the very end so I dont know if it was powered by BBC or not.

I'm headed to Pinks All Out in two weeks but not with an Olds, a 67 Camaro. I'll work on the Olds drag car after my son takes over the Camaro. ;D

I saw the Pinks program last night in Indy, guys name was Darce Laws, If I heard correctly he has 12 65 442's live in KC. He won three rounds(went to fast in the second, inched the light in the last) bitched and moaned so they had a fourth shoot out and lost by maybe a bumper if that. Nice car, silver, roll bar. There's even on video of it on pinks but currently it's not working. www.speedtv.com/video/popup/658574733001/595136441

Did you see the new episode last night? There was a 1970 442 that made the final 8.
The over all winner and the ride that eliminated the 442 was of all things a 1978 AMC Pacer Wagon with a 2010 427 Corvette engine in it, the thing was wicked fast. Oh yeah, and it had a PowerGlide trans.

The pacer is a local car up here. The girl that won with it borrowed it to race at Norwalk. She blew up her car before Pinks and used the pacer to win.
