Anyone have experiance using the Fusick trunk or floor pans? They seem reasonably priced compared to year one.

Can't vouch for the Fusick pans, but the 5-piece set I got from The Parts Place have worked out just find. Good fit... good materials.

I like the one piece one I've seen on ebay, pricey, but one piece would be cool. When I get to that point I'm going to investigate it more.

i agree, but i believe you must have frame off to fit up underneath.

i agree, but i believe you must have frame off to fit up underneath. That's not a real big problem for me!

Summit and tamraz both carry the one piece . I'm going to get the one piece from summit just because its a short drive for me and I wont have to spend all that extra money for shipping.

If you really stop and think about it, there can't be too many different suppliers of these kinds of parts. The type of stamping machine isn't the kind of equipment just anybody has.
My guess would be that all the big resto-warehouses get there sheet metal from one or maybe two suppliers. Find the one with the right price all in and go for it.

I purchased mine form Tamraz. At the time they had the 7 piece set. It was the same as the other suppliers, but at a great price. It worked out great. At the time some places had them with different gauge metals, so I made sure to get the thicker one.

Thanks, the Fusick set is something like 299.00 whereas the year one is 595.00..... Fusick is 20-21 gauge steel, year one doesn't list. Just seem like there should be a differance based on price but don't know.

I tried a 7 piece set about 12 years ago...must have been the thin ones...really disappointing.... ,Cant wait to see how the one piece units turn out for those who get them...

A one piece unit would be nice as far as the Butt welding is concerned. That is, you only have to weld/secure the outer perimeters. Butt welding is a real challenge for some. Including me.

Mines pretty thin with a couple of pinholes here and there. Be nice to hear updates on this. I was hoping I could get by with just a piece or two of new but not sure that will happen

I went and got a 7 piece set from Tamraz about 2 years ago. They had two sets and one was marginally thicker that the other(oddly I think the thicker one was from Taiwan). The thicker set was also stamped with cleaner lines. It lined up perfectly and welded really nice. I would have preferred a 1 piece though.
