Jake, Looks good, I like that rear end, that's the way to go. You might want to check on first gear ratio on the tremac, if I remember correctly it's kind of high, with a 370 gear you might feel like your driving a PU with a granny first gear .327 first gear.

After all, I am only 25. -Jake D@mn! So you & I are probably the youngest & the oldest! I bought my 1st 442 new when I was 21! Don't bother figuring my age . I'm holding off w/ pics 'till I get the grille repainted with the proper color scheme & a couple other minor changes/improvements. The were on RamZ's site 'till he took car of the month off due to no new submissions. Ralph

That sucks, but could be worse, you could live in Michigan like a few of us, pretty soon we'll have to get our shirts out from the earliy eighties, ( last one out please turn off the lights) but some of us will get our minor caps back out and we'll plug along. I'm going on five years with mine, some things take a little more time that others.

its 461". its got stock 4.250" stroke, 4340 h-beam rods, KB886-.030 forged pistons (14.4cc), full floating pins, decked to .005" in the hole, mr. gasket .040" head gaskets, the heads are down around 72cc +/-, and it should be 10.3:1 if i figured correctly. its a bullet racing cam, i think an old ultradyne grind, its pretty damn aggressive. its hyd flat tappet, .601" lift with the 1.7 rockers (it would be .565" with the stock 1.6), 247* durration @ .050", 108* lobe sep, installed at 104*ic. its going to be pretty hot ;D That's fantastic..... keep in mind it's hard to find good gas these days so higher the compression more likely you'll be on race gas. At least that's been my experiance. I'm right around 10.1 on a 431 cubic inches and still battling a little bit of predetonation under heavy loads (very slight and usually up steep hills). Could still be timing/carb fine tuning but gas is also a factor. Love the detail and hard work though. Wish I had your patience!!
