Had the boat in the water this morning checking everything out. Walleyes start to position for spwning by the damms about now so can't wait. Here's a couple more pix. Getting tired so figured I'd better stop for now.

BTW nice house!! Looks like a you have very nice track of land. Are you on a lake? Lakewood Bay or Oswego lake ?

Thanks, I think silver would look good! Have 3 acres on Beaver Lake which is between Oregon City and Redland. Small lake but nice. Also excellent Large Mouth Bass fishing and but no one fishes (well except me ;D).

I know it wasn't part of the options list you gave us but... what do you think about some old torque thrusts? It's got such a mean road race vibe with that stripe. Can't help but think the wheels could really complete the package. Either way, it's gorgeous. (and awesome paint job!)

I am envious of your painting excellence! That is a dark color and a straight car!

I remember needing to take off the starter and the oil filter + mount. Also had to disconnect the motor mounts. Tilted the motor up and to each side in order to get them in. The drivers side was pretty easy but the passenger side tested my patience. Will snap a couple pictures when I get back home, in Texas for a few days.

Hi Brian, I check this forum almost everyday in the morning but I don't always "chime in". My project is coming along but very slowly. I only work on it on Saturdays and as you know it takes awhile. I am currently welding in some new sheet metal in the trunk area and was trying to avoid ripping the whole trunk out but it seems I will be doing the whole thing. I keep finding pin holes. Oh well, the reason I bought the thing was for therapy. Thanks for asking, where are you at on yours? Thanks, Todd

I noticed you went from a column shift to a console shifter. Did you change your dash plate? I did the samething, except I pulled out my TH400 and put in a TKO600 5 speed. You would never know my car used to be a automatic. I used all of the manual linkage from a manual set up except I had to use Z bar from a chevelle since I am running a BBC.... (I know that is a sin for most of us olds guys, but hey it's cheeper to built a chevy). =)

Also need to change the steering column but got that too. I bought a kit from shiftworks for the TH350 that hooked right in to the correct shifter I found so everything looks natural. Only diff is the 3 speed versus two speed tranny and the alighnment of the PRNDL as it's now PRND2L but hardly noticeable.

Well, won't be too much longer and it will be drivable. Here's the progress on the interior. I used detail silver on the dash plate and RAMZ is right on, it's a real close match. I need a good black glove box door yet (that's why it's covered) and a brake light assembly if anyone has anything. Tested all of the electric (Headlights, horns, turn signal, brake lights, wipers, heater, radio, dome, lighter, console lights, glove box lights, etc.) and everything works........ what a relief that is ;D
