And to assist in finding modern equivalents, the dimensions of a 7.75x14 tire are 7.75" section width and 26.70" outside diameter. The closest readily available modern tire is 225/70-14, which has an 8.86" section width and a 26.40" outside diameter. You can get these in redlines. If you can find 215/75-14s (I'm not sure that's a readily available size anymore), those have an 8.46" section width and a 26.70" outside diameter.

Confused how? Post #2 is the stock size: 7.75x14 bias ply. You can get expensive reproductions of those from vendors like Coker. If you want a more reasonably priced modern radial, I gave you two options in Post #3.
