Does anyone have a good source for a correct looking (or OEM) replacement oil dipstick for the 1965 400? I have tried Fusicks, Supercars Unlimited, eBay, and Year One and haven't been able to find one yet. Do you any of you have one that you wouldn't mind selling? Thank you.

Im following this post, i too need a correct level dip stick, i have a replacement one i installed, i dont recall where i got it, but the stick is too long. But i do like the look of it, planning on trimming it down and next oil change mark it accordingly for 1qt low. Im just not sure if the tube is the correct length.

I was able to order two handmade replacements from a guy that I found on ClassicOldsmobile.com. They were $80 a piece plus shipping...but they were seriously WELL worth the price. If you DM me I can email you a pic of how closely they match the OEM sticks. I have asked the guy if he wants me to share his information and I am just awaiting his reply...he only had 10 when I spoke to him and I have purchased two of those.

Walt Vallelunga is the guy that makes the dipsticks by hand and his number is 586-306-9533 if you are interested.
