Not the word of God, but the best I can do......... Built: May 4th week 3817: Cutlass Holiday Coupe 980: Black Strato Bucket Seats (are you sure that 13 isn't a "B"?) W: Tinted Windshield 2 .............................................................. K: Firewall Piercing, Car Air Conditioning X: Floor mounted Automatic Transmission C: Provincial White 2: White Convertible Top? ? Doesn't add up on Holiday Coupe (33817) I hope you're happy....I'll most likely get banned from the board for giving out 66 info.

A photo of the cowl tag would be better - your transcription has some obvious errors. For example, the body number. AW26204 isn't a valid Oldsmobile assembly plant code for the 1966 model year. I ASSUME this is actually "LAN", not "AW", which would be Lansing. The only other option on a 1966 Cutlass would be "BF" for Fremont, CA. Please verify this.
As noted above, for the ACC codes, Group 1 W = tinted windshield. Group 2 K = firewall piercing for A/C and X = floor brackets and hole for Jetaway shifter and console.
As noted, C-2 isn't a valid paint code for a Holiday Coupe. "C" is Provincial White lower body color. "2" would signify a BLACK convertible top, which obviously is not valid. A vinyl top was only available on the Supreme Holiday Sedan in the 1966 model year, and the only colors were black (code 1) and beige (code 6), so that's not it either. Is it possible that this is actually a "Z", which would indicate Forrest Green upper body color? The problem, of course, is that if this really was a factory two-tone car, the cowl tag should have an "O" in Group 1 for the piercing for the trim that separates the colors.
