I was wondering if anyone has some good pics of a 64 Cutlass throttle setup? I am specifically looking for the assembly that is on the firewall....I have a setup, but it dont have any springs on it at all, and I want to see what I may be missing.
Long story short, I am currently running a Lokar throttle cable and a pedal out of a 71 Cutlass, and I hate it..it dont feel the same, has less response. Looking at possibly going back to the mechanical, and the shop that put the rack and pinion in my car cut my assembly out...dicks.
Thanks in advance.

This is what I currently have, and I dont have the spring/s for it, just trying to get an idea of what they look like.

Just a small update...I cleaned up my throttle assembly and got it attached today. I used a spring that was on the original 65 assembly and it seems to work pretty well. I appreciate you guys taking a look. Thanks. She is getting close to making her first passes almost 2 years...

man u have sheeet metal intake with a cnc top with some spray and thats the throttle linkage you want to run. i would take a look at some different aftermarket options i think your asking for trouble. had my throttle hang up on my turbo camaro years ago and you dont want to deal with that
