That looks great and must have felt even better, congrats. Those bumpers look awesome, what's the cost of quality plating in Switzerland?

I got the bumpers from USA.
Because of federal law concerning environment protection it is very costly in Switzerland to have a bumper rechromed. You can think of something like 4000$ Insane.
So when I saw a set listed on eBay I took the risk, they where expensive to, but they are really nice, if they hold up well I think they are worth the money. Some of the real better work I have seen.

licensed and got the first couple of hundred miles on it, it`s a sweet ride, engine will be getting a complete rebuild next winter.

Got the rear window trim fixed with the flexible version of a 71 442 rear window trim. Thanks folks for all the help and great info on the Forum!!!

I was lucky to purchase a car that was basically untouched, just 50 years old, but still, all the information on the forum, especially the insight knowledge of Ram Z and BRO was an incredible help!!! Thanks for the assembly manual... The back up deletes where a lucky punch, I found them NOS on e-bay for a bargain price of 100$ They are as nice as they left the factory. The car will be kept original, also for the engine rebuild I will stay conservative and keep the look as it is now.
