Any recomantion... maybe EDE Valves..or stock style?
PS we don´t want use BB or SB heads..because mild street build.

I'm not sure what you mean by "don't want to use BB or SB heads"... your 4A heads ARE SB heads. I also don't know what "EDE" valves are. Personally, I'd pay $150 for a set of C head cores, mill the heads (or use the correct pistons) to get the CR you want, and run a port-matched Performer RPM (again, bought used for well under $75). I'd certainly go 2.070/1.625 on the valves in any case.

Sorry, what i mean was:
... no 350 heads, want to stay with the stock 4A heads.
...maybe EDELBROCK Valves..or any others ?

Sorry, what i mean was: ... no 350 heads, want to stay with the stock 4A heads. ...maybe EDELBROCK Valves..or any others ? Again, why? The 4A heads are pretty crappy. This obviously isn't an issue of maintaining casting numbers for optical reasons. I can't see paying the money for a performance engine build and handicapping yourself with crappy heads. C heads are big block Olds heads. They were used on the 400 cu in big block, they'll work great on a 403 cu in small block (with the correct port-matched intake). Since when does Edelbrock make valves? The 2.070/1.625 valves ARE the big block valves. Get good stainless valves, preferably brand name like Manley. Unless you are converting to an adjustable valvetrain, maintaining the installed valve stem height per the Chassis Service Manual is MANDATORY. Be sure the machine shop you use understands this and doesn't assemble the heads like all the other Chevy heads they do.
