Got my order today (finally) from Legendary for my '69 H/O project. They sent the wrong package tray (for a '71 Supreme), and the headliner for the post coupe instead of Holiday. I called and talked to some lady and she demanded photos of the one they sent next to the original (which was gone many decades ago) and accused me of ordering the wrong items! So I sent photos of the incorrect package tray laying on the rear shelf since she didn't believe me. So much for customer service and that the customer is always right. I'll keep you informed on their resolution. But at this moment they SUCK! I mentioned that I've been building Oldsmobiles for 40 years and could tell the difference and her response was "so have we"! What a bitch.

Wow that's a completely opposite experience than I had. I had a problem with the covers and they had them picked up, fixed them and delivered back to me. Sounds like she was having a bad day.

Now that I've cooled down, I called her this morning and she agreed that they sent the wrong items (package tray & headliner). So now I have to return the headliner, keep the wrong package tray, and wait 2-3 weeks for the correct items to arrive. So the H/O progress gets delayed because of someone's mistake!
