Here is my 1965 Cutlass. 90K original miles. I bought it last year and went to car shows and cruise ins every chance I got. I got it out for the first time a couple weeks ago and was rear ended while pulling into my driveway. I am looking for some parts to get it back on the road. I need a drivers side tail light lens or whole tail light. the rear panel that goes between the lights and a gas door. I will be looking to get quarter panels or patches and some front fenders for a future restore also. I'm located near Toledo, Ohio. Anyone from the forum near me?

Real fine looking cruiser. What kind of luck was that getting rear ended pulling into your driveway! The Cragars define your car as well. They look like 15" wheels, am I right?

Yeah, I agree. I was about 15 feet from safety. The girl that hit me got out of her car and started cussing at me. How dare I slow down and turn in front of her with my signal on. Anyway, I found a bumper and a fuel tank. The wheels are 15 inch, but not in good enough shape so I am looking for a better set and some fattys for the back. I think 255/60s will fit from what I've read on here.

Did you know that you can buy " reproduction lenses " for your '65?

That's a nice " blue " that your car is painted in. Originally, it was probably a 2-tone car when you see the chrome divider at the base of the hardtop immediately behind the back window. I also see your car is running duals - nice! If you were to google 1965 olds cutlass tailight lenses for sale I notice 3 or 4 of them come up.

Good looking car, to bad about the accident. Was she high on dope or just drunk?

Nope, it was daylight. She was sober and not on the phone. I don't know what was distraction her. The color of my car is hard to miss. I guess if I was driving a newer car with 2 barn door sized LED tail lights and a bright third light in her face she would've seen that I was braking and turning.

Thanks. After the insurance adjuster looked at the car I started looking around to see what other cars I may want to replace mine with. I really didn't want anything newer with the plastic and fake wood grain dash panels. After looking at everything available, I decided that the 65 Cutlass Holiday is the car I want.....well a 442 Holiday would be better yet. So I am fixing my car and will continue to look for another one. Its very hard to find one with buckets, console, the original engine...or at lests an Olds engine and without white seats and door panels. If anyone knows of a solid car in any stage of life from drive-able project to finished car with that stuff, drop me a line please.

I was originally Lucerne Blue with a white top. The color it is painted now is similar but much more metallic and a lot more brilliant

Sad, sad, sad. I hope she gets nailed to the wall by her insurance company. AND I hope your check covers everything just the way you want it.
Great car man!

Beautiful car! I think you should sell it to me so you can start shopping for that 442 bucket seat console car you want. ;D I'm not too awful far from you. I'm about 10 miles East of Summit Motorsports Park.

The car is beautiful, sorry it got hit. Most people don't respect old cars on the road these days. When I am out in my car it seems like people come right up on you're tail or don't give you any room, they think these old cars stop and handle like their new Mercedes. If I see a classic car, I give the guy plenty of space, I would not want to damage someones old ride. Good luck with the repairs.

Great looking car, should be able to find any of the parts you need here. Would try posting in the wanted section though.

Finally have the car back on the road. The tail lights came in today and look great. I had a hard time getting the little clear deflector or reflector piece to stay in place so I left them out. Started cleaning up the interior for so it's more presentable for cruise nights. Still need to have the tail pipe repaired. I may have them turn out just after the rear tire this time.
