The Indiana ebay car. Didnt know you bought it Shane. I think bought some parts off it. yep I went after it originally to do a re-body on the 4 speed. now I have it I find my self wondering if I should get this one back on the road along with the 4 speed I have most of the parts to do it. The story on the red 442 is its been sitting since 1975 in a barn.

Shane, Looks like you've got a bit of work ahead of you, but from what I can see in the pics, the car appears to be pretty solid. I wish mine had been that good of shape when I drug it home. My car had had a Chevy motor in it, and so many different transmissions, the tranny hump was almost non-existent; the car didn't have a straight panel on it...somebody had even walked on the top. I'm sure you'll fare better. Enjoy!

working on the rust bucket in the garage and found a nice surprise what looked like a very rusty under side to the floor pans is just thick layer of red clay. This is what it looked like when i started after 20 minutes of wire brushing it looks like this its neat to see the factory blue paint on the underside where the frame rails were. Just in case you were wondering it does have the dealer installed mud wasp nest.
